I had total right knee replacement Feb 11th. Everyone at the McConnelsville, Ohio office are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was understanding of my pain never pushing me to hard but just enough. I also he’d left hip replacement 2 years ago and I experienced the same care both times. FSPT in McConnelsville is the place for improving your daily activities from surgery or injury. I have been with them for my therapy over a course of several years. Recently, I was there for my knee. Thanks to all the therapists, and not forget the receptionist for making my appointments, at the McConnelsville office. Every appointment pushed me harder and harder (thanks Luke) to get better and stronger. This office is a blessing for our town, and the people are all like family. Never a dull moment. When we think about physical therapy we tend to think the worse. We picture a dark, cold dungeon with all of the mid- evil devices designed to torture and deliver great pain. Lol So after I had major surgery my doctor insisted that I gave First Settlement a call. He explained to me how it takes a lot of work to bounce back after surgery and how I will greatly benefit from P/T. Reluctantly, I called First Settlement in McConnelsville and made an appointment. When I walked in it wasn't dark or cold. I was greeted with a warm smile by Hailey at their front desk and she signed me in. Shortly after, I met their on board doctor who insisted that I called her by her name, Julianne. I really liked how she took the time to get to know me and my needs before we began therapy. She assured me that she and her team would help me to better my mobility and get back some of what I have lost due to my reason for surgery. I met her team. They are young, they are strong and, they share the same spirit as their leader. I have never been asked to perform a task that caused me pain and the few times that I have had to step out of my comfort zone I was never left alone. I am impressed with their knowledge of our physical needs. Even their easiest of tasks have changed my whole world. So, there were no bed of nails. There were no stretching tables and I have never seen a cat of 9 tails. I highly recommend to anyone and I encourage you to give FSPT a chance. I am very happy that I chose P/T in McConnelsville. I asked them to help me to get my life back and they have have made it a mission to just that. Thank you, Julianne, Hailey, Luke, Riley and Cody. I would be lost without you. ❤️

The people in there really care about their patients. They always make you feel like you matter and take everything you say into consideration. They always listen to you and make you feel comfortable or there I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy I don't think you can get that special treatment from any other place. I have been going on and off to this place since April. (Dislocated ankle and broken leg) The girls here are fantastic. From front desk to PTA to PT. They have worked with both of my doctor's great. I have had ton of laughs and they have answered my questions or found answers for them
