At my first PT session I cried from pain and not being able to do what they wanted me to do. Over the next several weeks everything got better and better. Both Carla and Cassidy are wonderful therapists and work with you until you've reached completion.  If you don't like a particular exercise they'll change something about it to make it something you don't mind doing so much...but you still do because it helps your progress.  Both their personalities make every visit something "fun" rather than a drudgery.  And Jamie, the receptionist, is very welcoming when you walk in the door. I am so sorry for this late review, but I have to let you all know I had the most amazing crew when I was getting treatment for the past 2 months, and they never missed a beat, when I couldn’t make it, they would either switch my days or times for WHT was convenient for all of us, I will recommend them every time to Jamie and the crew, even though Jamie is the receptionist UM, insider🤣I would like to thank you all for getting me back to full time work, and I feel even better than I did, before the car accident, and will be back if I ever need you all again😊I give them 100 stars ⭐️ if I could but 5 is the limit, thank you all☺️

My treatment at First Settlement has been exceptional. Every staff person I’ve interacted with has been professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and has contributed to the care I need to improve neck and back pain I’ve had for years. Physical therapy works (don’t be afraid of dry needling!), and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Many thanks to Cassidy, Carla, and Jamie for making PT successful (and even fun!)! I have received physical therapy throughout my life due multiple hip replacements that resulted no in various orthopedic problems. I have never before progressed and received better results than I did at FSP Wheeling. I can not give enough praise to Cassidy for a thorough evaluation and successful program development, Carla for helping me implement that program and maintain motivation in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, and Jamie for coordinating a spotless, efficient, and friendly environment. cannot say enough amazing things about Carla and Cassidy! I’ve come to them on multiple occasions, and every time they’ve gone above and beyond for me. Last August, I was struggling with an overuse injury and thought my season was over before it even began. Through their care, I not only got back on the field—I excelled and even won a national title. I’m currently working with them again after ankle surgery, and once again, they are working diligently to get me back to peak performance. They are the only physical therapists I trust in West Virginia. Their expertise, dedication, and genuine care for their patients set them apart. I honestly can’t say enough about my rehab experiences at FSPT.   Following my second total knee replacement surgery, the entire team took great care of me  Cassidy, Carla and Jamie are terrific!  Knee rehab is no walk in the park and I am grateful for their expertise and the gentle, never failing, encouragement with each benchmark. Cassidy, Jaime and Carla  (a.k.a. Renee,) were very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating.  Following my initial assessment i was given a series of exercises to do followed by massage therapy. The routine was difficult at first, but after each session there was noticeable improvement.  The exercises were to alleviate the pain as well as strengthen the muscles surrounding my knee.  All of this was accomplished. The office is very clean. They are very professional. Jaime is a great help when you need to change appointments. Carla is an excellent physical therapist. She is very good at what she does and listens to what is hurting and what needs strengthening when I talk to her all in all it’s a very good place to go for therapy. I've been a patient at FSPT National Road, Wheeling twice now, and it's one of the best experiences I've ever had with physical therapy. Cassidy, Carla and Jamie are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure I get the best exercises for my needs. They are wonderful to work with. I came in for back pain and Cassidy quickly realized it was due to lack of range, mobility, and strength in my shoulder. My arm has been extremely limited for FIVE years due to multiple surgeries. The staff at FSPT worked hard to get me where I am today. I still have work to do but without this staff I wouldn’t be able to do anything with this shoulder. Today was my last physical therapy treatment with Michael Androsko , PT, at the Wheeling office. In fact, I was his last appointment today before he moves on to Bellaire, OH. While, I was sad to see him leave the Wheeling office, I am not following him to Bellaire because I am not driving yet. Not only is  the Wheeling office closer for me but Jamie, the office manager, is so easy to work with. She has adjusted and changed my appointment a number of times without any complaints. I first met Mike in July after falling on National Road and injuring my left knee. Dr.Marra had set me up with him for therapy on my knee. I was having a difficult time with balance. It turns out I had  severe neck stenosis and underwent neurosurgery in November. So, I had to discontinue treatment but  in January , he began helping me with my neck.Mike  has worked with me in different situations and I am in awe of his knowledge of the human body. He was tough but empathetic. He had me power through when I was literally ready to throw in the towel. Mike was professional at all times. All i can really say is Wheeling’s loss is Bellaire’s gain. People who  get to know him there will truly be blessed as i was! Sorry for the long post but I wanted to acknowledge Mike and  his skills. Thank you, Mike! Good luck in your future endeavors. I am looking forward to working with Cassidy as long as you left her some good notes.
