My husband and I would never think of going to anyone but Adrian, he is just the best therapist anyone could ask for. We always have positive results with Adrian who is experienced, professional, knowledgeable and an expert at his craft. First Settlement at the Highlands is a friendly welcoming atmosphere with great people ready to help you get back to doing what you love to do as quickly as possible. And Jesé is great with accommodating your treatment schedule and handling your insurance information. First Settlement Physical Therapy was everything people told me it was.  Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  There was never any waiting time and no downtime during the hour of exercises.  They answered all my questions and gave detailed feedback on why we were doing a particular exercise. I have used First Settlement for PT on several occasions in the past and had received excellent care so of course I requested them for my most recent PT. Luke was very knowledgeable and very professional with each visit. He explained why he was having me do all my exercises and  guided me through the PT process. I am almost fully recovered. Hands down the best in the valley!! From the very first session, Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to truly understand my pain, explain what was causing it, and created a treatment plan. All the staff is professional, courteous, and highly skilled. I am extremely pleased with the high-quality care I received. Each session was well-structured, clearly explained, and tailored to my specific goals and limitations. Great place to go for physical therapy! The staff is amazing at their jobs and they care about your well-being. When I began looking for help with an injury it became clear there was one name that was reoccurring. That name was Adrian's. I took the advice of no less than 318 people and scheduled some PT. I quickly started to see why everyone raves about this establishment and staff. Before any treatment even started it was clear that they wanted to make you feel comfortable. Music, laughter and tales of years past fill the air. You honestly don't even realize how hard you are working because they keep your spirits so high. Just when you think it can not possibly get any better... it does! It takes a few sessions but what happens is, you realize that you have been being worked on by the hands of a God. Not just 1 either. They have a second hidden gem here by the name of Sarah. 2 mere mortals doing the lord's work one ache and pain at a time. In fact, it was once said that Sarah has made wheelchair bound people walk again. The blind have seen the light. The deaf have even heard the melodies of Adrian's stoic voice thanks to swift placement of Sarah's hand. This is not just a rehab center. I’ve had an excellent experience at FSPT. The entire staff creates such great vibes in the office, supportive, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions. They’ve been incredibly informative and have helped me a lot with my injury. I also appreciate how flexible they’ve been in scheduling around my calendar. What a wonderful, caring, fun place to rehab for an injury or surgery! The atmosphere is lively and very supportive of every person who walks in the door! Adrian has rehabbed both of my knees after knee replacement and most recently worked on me for neck pain, and Sarah also worked on my neck. First Settlement has been my saving grace so many times and I cannot recommend them enough. I am a dancer and have not only been treated there but have also learned injury prevention and rehabilitation which has been incredibly helpful. I go to college in Pittsburgh but will travel to First Settlement anytime I am injured. I don’t know where to begin!   I had two total knee replacements eight weeks apart.  I can remember walking into the Triadelphia FSPT with tears in my eyes and HURTING.  The kind reception I received from everyone was overwhelming!  I started going the first week of March and today - June 28 was my last day!  😢. No matter who worked with me he/she always listened to my concerns and were able to explain what I was  experiencing.  Some great humor often helped!   As I left today I was told if I needed anything to call. I will absolutely miss going!   I may just have to go to visit!   Adrian, Sarah, Doug, Jeff, Alexis, Austin, Luke, Vicki and of course Jesse the great greeter and organizer have become not only PTS but my friends.
