Just my opinion. I had to go through 2 different physical therapy clinics due, to where I work and live. This location was one of them. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable, they help you with your individual goals. No one wants ro be hurt or injured. But if you need help in the recovery process go too this location. They have several well experienced physical therapists. Special shout out to Audrey, and Melissa. Thank you so much for helping this Firefighter get back to full duty. This place is Amazing!! I had total knee replacement and honestly thought I was never going to be able to do simple tasks let alone normal tasks. Audrey and her team worked with me to give me the knowledge the push and often encouragement I needed to get back to myself better than before surgery. The team here are truly wonderful to work with. I started with them when my shoulder wanted to freeze up after a fall, and they helped me regain my range of motion. I chose them based on existing reviews and because they were in-network. Melissa makes it very easy to schedule, and is always a kind face upon checking in. Audrey does a fantastic job of getting to know you as a person, which makes the hour long PT sessions much easier to get through. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and she adjusts the plan as needed based on your improvements and areas of struggle. I never did the exact same exercises in back to back sessions, and they provided exercises to work on at home as well. We did some dry needling during a few of our appointments, and I felt that this helped me so much. This is something that they offer outside of the traditional PT appointments, so if you are curious to see if you are a good candidate, I'd recommend calling to ask and get more information. As this location is still new, there are some other faces that you may see time to time while the team grows. I had the pleasure of also working with Brandon, who is currently only at this location part time, but he is another great member of the team. I can’t say enough awesome things about FSPT. From day one everyone was so very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Melissa always so friendly and helpful when making or changing appointments. Audrey mostly worked with me and was very knowledgeable , caring , timely, friendly and professional. She got me where I should be after having 2 knee replacements 3 months apart ! Brandon also did a great job working with me a few times. He was also very friendly, caring, timely and professional. What a super team they are at FSTP ! First Settlement at both locations is where you want to be if you need PT. Both locations give excellent service   Audrey the PT at the Clark Street location knows what you need to reach optimal function. She will work with you giving individualized care, exercises and education. She will encourage you to work too in order to restore or regain any function.
