I highly recommend FSPT in Bellaire. When I first went there, I was a mess. I had pain in several locations throughout my body, my shoulder, my back, my neck, my hips, my feet and ankle and I had frequent headaches. After about 8 months of therapy, I can do almost everything I want to do. I was not able to even dream of riding a bike again, before therapy. They have given me my life back. The Staff is incredible. Every appointment I was asked how I was doing. They listened and worked with me to achieve my goal (golfing). The therapy was progressive to build strength not just to "get me through the exercises". If the need arises I will call on them again to get me back on my feet. I was in so much pain because I needed surgery on my C6 and C7 but surgery was way over a month and the pain was so bad. I went to First Settlement Physical Therapy and had Theresa and boy she was a God sent, a miracle worker. She got the pain gone to the point I was almost pain free until my surgery. everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable from the minute I walked through the door  I was met with nothing but encouragement and positive support irregardless of which tech was working with me  so thank you Tracy for keeping me on track with my appointments thank you to all of the techs who behaved like my personal cheerleaders and thank you Mike for not only your encouragement but also your honesty in letting me know it was time for my PCP to get involved regarding me still having pain  I would recommend you guys to anyone needing PT

I just completed my second PT session at Bellaire.  Just like my first session, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Bellaire facility!  I had Vicky as my PT for both of my sessions.  She is an outstanding PT.  She inquired about my pain issues, listened intently as I explained them to her, answered any questions that I may have had and created a plan of action designed to alleviate/eliminate my pain.  Not only is Vicky an outstanding PT, she is very personable as well—always smiling!  But, my praise and satisfaction with my experiences at Bellaire are not limited to Vicky; the entire staff seems like a very competent, tightly-knit group. Couldn't find a better place to rehab my new knee. Interaction with entire staff made a painful surgery easier. There knowledge of physical therapy made it possible to live a normal life.  I limped in and leaped out. Will be back for rehab when my hip gets replaced.

All therapists are excellent competent and friendly. Full shoulder replacement on January 28th 2025, After several weeks 80 to 85 percent of full function. These Physical therapists are all totally excellent: Theresa Palkovic,Michael Androsko,Heather Gilmore,Victoria Crow, Annalise Castilow. Pleasant competent therapists  who genuinely  care about your successful  healing. Highest positive recommendations  for all.
